Located on Lake Christopher, just 20 minutes from Sunday River ski & golf resort.
This large, unique lakefront home, fondly called "Bryant Pond Station," is a piece of Maine history. In the late 1800's, it was a thriving part of a clothespin mill. Now it is a gathering spot for swimming, boating, and fishing, hiking and biking, hunting or just enjoying the fall foliage, and especially skiing.
7+ Bedrooms, large loft, 3 bathrooms, hot tub, pool table, fireplace, fire pit, wood stove, horseshoes, swing set, boathouse, huge lakefront yard. Sleeps 2-40, groups over 26 require supplemental condo rentals nearby. We do weddings up to 100 people!
This is a great getaway for vacations, family reunions, company outings and even weddings. Besides being barely 20 minutes from the Sunday river ski resort, it is just 10 minutes to Mount Abram ski slopes, 45 minutes to Mount Washington, 45 minutes from Black Mountain of Maine ski slopes and a little over an hour from Portland. It is about 3 hours from the Boston area and is about the same driving time from Boston as it is to drive to the North Conway, NH area.
